The Hummingbird Restaurant

The Hummingbird is the restaurant and café in the terminal building at Brighton City Airport (Shoreham Airport), on the edge of Shoreham-by-Sea. The dining room looks out over the airfield, so visitors can watch light aircraft come and go while they eat. It opens at 8am and serves breakfast until late morning, then meals, snacks and drinks into the late afternoon. It does not take table bookings and works on a walk-in basis, but it can be hired for private functions. It sometimes closes early for private events, so phone ahead if you plan to visit later in the day.
