Yes. A listing with photos, contact details, opening hours, reviews and your own page is free, with no time limit and no commission on any work you win. You only pay if you choose to feature your listing or post a job advert.
We check every new listing by hand, usually within 72 hours. You can see its status in your business account at any time, and if we need you to change anything we’ll tell you what and why.
Yes. Sign in whenever you like to update your details, photos, opening hours, prices and offers. Changes to a live listing appear on your page shortly after you save. You can also pause or delete your listing from your account.
Bright, real photos of your premises, products, food, team or finished work, taken in landscape where you can. Your first photo is the one people see on listing cards, so make it your strongest. Avoid photos covered in text, and only upload photos you took yourself or have permission to use.
Customers can review your business with their name and email address. The email is never shown and is used only to check reviews and prevent abuse. We check every review before it appears, and you can reply publicly from your account. We don’t remove reviews just because they’re negative, but if you think one breaks our rules, contact us.
Yes. Find your business and tap “Own this business?” on its page. Tell us how we can check that you run it, and once we’ve confirmed it the listing moves into your account so you can manage it.
The £5 option lasts 30 days and then simply ends, so there is nothing to cancel. The £3.99/month plan has a 3-month minimum; after that you can cancel at any time from your business account or by emailing [email protected], and your listing stays featured until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
