About Bake Out Lewes
Bake Out is an independent bakery that opened its flagship shop by the bridge on Lewes high street in July 2018. It sells fresh handmade breads, including sourdough and seeded loaves, along with croissants, pastries, savouries, sandwiches, cakes and coffee. The bakery won Best Sourdough in 2018. It has further shops in Southwick, Hassocks and Lancing, where the bread is baked. The Lewes shop opens seven days a week, and Bake Out also offers catering, wholesale and delivery through Deliveroo.
