Paying £3.99/month to keep a listing featured? Update your card, download receipts or cancel here. No Go Sussex account needed.
Open your billing page
- Tap Open billing page. It opens Stripe, who handle our payments securely.
- Enter the email address you paid with. Stripe emails you a sign-in link straight away.
- From there you can update your card, see every receipt, or cancel the plan.
- When you cancel, your listing stays featured until the end of the month you've already paid for.
- The plan has a 3-month minimum. If you cancel sooner, it ends when the 3 months are up (see our terms).
- Have a business account? You can also manage the plan from Account → Billing.
