Open Bakery
Family-run Kemptown bakery and patisserie with bread and baking classes
About Open Bakery
Open Bakery is a family-run bakery in Kemptown, Brighton. At its St George's Road shop, bread is baked on the shop floor and a patisserie downstairs makes around 400 cakes and pastries a day. A second site nearby makes sandwiches, quiche and sausage rolls and houses a cookery school with bread, sourdough, pastry and patisserie classes. There is also a shop on West Drive, Queen's Park. The bakery uses ethically sourced Sussex ingredients and high-welfare meat and dairy.
