About Tinwood Estate

Tinwood Estate is a family-owned vineyard at Halnaker, a few miles north-east of Chichester on the edge of the Goodwood Estate. Once a lettuce farm, it is now planted with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier for traditional-method English sparkling wine. Guided tours take small groups out into the vines to hear the estate's story, then finish with a tasting in the tasting room, which looks over the vineyard and has a terrace for warmer days. There is also a vineyard kitchen, plus lodges among the vines if you'd like to stay the night. Booking ahead for tours and tastings is recommended.
